Periodic Maintenance (PM) is a simple way to control costs through annually scheduled routine servicing.
Like real patients, patient simulators need wellness checkups too. Annual periodic maintenance service ensures that your simulators will remain calibrated to warranty standard levels. Delivered by trained Laerdal Service Engineers, each PM service includes extensive assessment, testing, and replacement of components to ensure your products maintain peak performance levels.
We offer two PM packages: choose to have your service at your facility (On-Site) or send your manikin into the Laerdal Service Center (Return to Bench) - whichever package best fits your requirements. For the ultimate in product protection and savings, there are ProTech plans available that include these annual preventative services as well.
PMs must be scheduled within 12 months from date of purchase. Any PM not used within this time will no longer be valid.

For the ultimate in product protection we have created ValuePlus Service Programs. A ValuePlus Service Program is a convenient package of technical services available with the purchase of a simulator, to make simulator setup and maintenance simple, so you can concentrate on educating your students.
An Extended Warranty continues the Laerdal standard manufacturer warranty coverage for your manikin, patient simulator, or system.
